Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Receives ISO 9001:2008 Registration

Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a Rochester-based Management and Operations Consulting Practice, has received been awarded ISO 9001:2000 Registration for its Quality and Customer Service System.

ISO 9001:2008 is an Internationally Recognized certification requiring a documented and operational quality system that meets the International Standard to assure Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Operational Improvement. It is only bestowed on a company only after a successful certification audit by a 3^rd party Registrar auditing organization.

Principals Jim Benz and Carol Wright have assisted several area companies in obtaining ISO 9000 registration and have seen the benefits that organizations accrue from adopting the controls and communications required by the ISO standard. “We have been helping our clients receive a great deal of value from ISO 9000 registration for several years. We decided it was time to walk-the-walk and become registered ourselves. This allows us to work on the inside of the process as well as provide consulting on the outside,” they said.
